Where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes.

United States

Free shipping on orders of $69 or more to the contiguous United States. Orders below that ship at a flat rate of $9.95.

The free-shipping threshold is based on your order subtotal before discount codes, so a welcome code won't stop you unlocking it.

Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: rates to be confirmed, shown at checkout.

UK, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment hubs. Rates for the UK, Australia, New Zealand and other countries are to be confirmed and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are packed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is to be confirmed days after your order is placed, depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the country they are sent from may be charged import duties or taxes by your local customs office. Where these aren't collected at checkout, they are paid by the customer on delivery.

Wrong address or lost parcels

Please check your shipping address at checkout: we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your parcel says delivered but hasn't arrived, use our contact form and we'll investigate with the carrier.
